KASAKY LOCK MANUFACTURING CO., LTD is dedicated to manufacturing and marketing stainless steel locks and high security cylinders. Thanks to the professional and dedicating teams, we have been always focusing on stainless steel lock production in the past 20 years. Now we have 6000 square meter production area, 12 R&D engineers, 5 manufacturing engineer and a strong Quality Control team.
Our SS locks are being used for both industrial and residential applications. In the meanwhile, the profound understanding of the SUS304 raw material and the unique machining technology made our products cost competitive and our quality widely recognized by domestic and overseas customers.
The stainless steel raw material we use has superior quality. The anti-corrosion test can reach up to 500 hours (neutral salt spray test), far exceeding the average level of similar products in the market. Moreover, the processing accuracy of our high security cylinders could be controlled within ±0.01mm. Due to our high precision machines and quality control during production, our products are same quality as international famous brands.
Our
industrial locks have been used in many railway projects in China and our
residential locks have been exported to more than 15 countries all over Europe,
Middle East, Southeast Asia, North and South America. At the same time, we are
also OEM manufacturers for some famous International brands.
Our
engineer spent lot of times to research and study lock-picking and key bumping technique
with professional locksmiths. The purpose is to keep developing higher security
products.
In addition,
we are also cooperating with one university in Hunan Province for developing a
special stainless steel material in order to improve our lock performance.
